After being given the design manifesto by Dieter Rams, the brief asked us to create a double page spread with accompanying AR to show the manifesto. As Dieter Rams both explains and produces within his design work, he keeps designs minimal and functional in order to achieve a good design. I queried this within my own presentation of the manifesto, highlighting the aspect that good design is honest. This is due to the fact that commercially, design is misleading and persuasive in order to gain and change a consumers opinion, does this therefore mean that commercial design isn't good design?
